MDF Panels

Has anyone used MDF panel with the Kreg screws and system?

Hi Art. Kreg pocket-hole screws will work just fine with an MDF panel. Just make sure that you are using coarse-thread screws for this application. You can find further information on our website: https://www.kregtool.com/store/c20/kreg-jigreg-screws/. Thanks, and have a great day!

I built some built in storage shelfs in my kitchen closet with mdf. the screws were stronger than I ever imagined they would be. and I filled the few exposed pockets I had with wood filler and after it was primed and painted even I cant find the screw holes.
