Triton routers are one of the best for mounting under a router table.  The large 3.25 hp is enough power to run a 3 inch dia panel it in hard woods like hickory with ease and does it leaving a even smooth cut in the panel.  One added feature that makes it excellent choice for a router table is the above the top adjust-ability  that allows you to raise and or lower the router bit with ease.  Also of importance is the router top being enclosed so that dust and chips do not fall into the motor.  I had the mv12 hatichi 3.25 router mounted under the table and found that it was necessary to remove the router and blow out the dust and chips that fell into the motor housing.  Otherwise the router ran hot.  There was also the inconvience of having to reach under the table to adjust the bit heights unless you went to the expense of having a router raiser.

The triton has a smooth start feature that takes the sudden start jolt out of the table making it easy on the mountings in the table.  The ability to change speeds is easily to do by a simple reach under the table and move the speed dial.  It has a sound positive lock chuck as well as a positive chuck lock allowing a one wrench  bit changing operation.  By modifying the wrench you can change bits without chaning height adjustments.  this is an important feature if you are making muli bit cuts that requires bit changing such as in a door building project.

The triton is my choice of routers now that I have used it as my power horse for a table mounted for better than a year.   Although I do not have a Kreg table all the reports I have heard are from "good to excellent" so having the Kreg quality you could not go wrong with purchasing a Kreg Table.

Thanks for posting the link to the youtube.  It is interesting to watch.

Triton is one of the top routers for table mounting. Kreg is the north american distributor for Triton. I cannot for the life of me figure out why Kreg has not marketed the combination of their Precision Router table with the Triton TRA 001.
