Got my Rip Cut and have done something wrong. The sled won't slide onto the Guide Rail due to theL ock Wedge being in the way. Please note that I had a stroke 2 years ago and am using woodworking as rehab since I am much recovered physically, but still have some mental fuzziness when following drawn instructions.
Any help would be appreciated! (It has taken me 4 hrs so far to assemble)

got it
I recived mine this afternoon. loosen the ny-loc nuts until it will slide
Once the slide will gluide down the channel, it adjusted properly it works great.
It took me about 20 minutes to completrly assemble and calibrate.
just take your time and follow the directions, no hurry.
If you need some help, ask for it.

Great, If you you ever need help call me. My wife suffered a stroked in 2004 and was in the hospital for
9 months.
...Yes, the screws holding the locking lever may need some fine-tuning to get the correct amount of force needed to pull the wedge piece up from the bottom. Additionally, I sprayed some Lami-Lube on the aluminum extrusion, from tip to tip, making it slicker, facilitating a better sliding action. When the Rip-Cut is calibrated it works superb.
Thanks for the great advice!
Thanks Dave. Rehab worked miracles for me. On behalf of stroke patients everywhere, Bless You! I went from paralyzed on one side to being able to reclaim my life through the efforts of my rehab people. I am using woodworking for my own rehab because it requires both mental acuity and physical effort. (I am female). And it is immensely rewarding. I just finished a laundry dresser for my daughter, using plans from the Ana-white.com site. I also made shelves for my grandkids, and made a mudroom locker system.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
