Joe and I am getting back into woodworking. While in High School I loved working with wood. Now that I am near retirement I plan on building many useful items for the grand kids as well as my household.

Jimmy here new beginner here hope to learn how to do a lot of projects so bare with me when I ask questions thanks

Hi guys this Davidson, l'm from Brazil and I'm new on the pocket holes techniques, I began to work with wood as a hobby became unemployed and now is becoming a profession. Thanks to the Kreg jig my woodworking is becoming more fast and easier to be done.

Just joining the community and thought I'd introduce myself!

I'm a hobbyist who likes to take hobbies a little too seriously :) I'm just learning the pocket hole techniques and really loving it. I've been messing around with everything from sofa tables to cornhole boards to rings.

I'm also getting up to speed with several other non-pocket hole Kreg products and really impressed with their design and quality.

Hello all.

Name is Gerry Esposito. I live in Port Leyden NY-not to far from the Canadian border. I am retired because of injuries. I started back up wood working about a year ago. I am sure other people have the same issue so I am looking for tips so I don't loose any fingers. I am missing my right eye (my dominant eye) and other than going really slow on projects I am looking for tips to help me out. I just built a cabinet for my camper that turned out pretty good but it took me almost a month and alot of wood. I am looking to build many different things. I love the system I have. Thanks all

Hi, My name is Nick and live in Florida. I grew up in the car audio industry and started out by building custom speaker enclosures in High School. I still love to build all kinds of speakers but now that I am a home owner I have really been more involved with house hold projects which lead me to buy some Kreg Products like the K5 and HD. I have seen so many projects both indoor and outdoor on youtube and this Kreg site I want to build. I am excited to learn new tips and tricks and happy to be in this community.

Gene from northern Illinois here.  I finally purchased my Kreg Jig and today I built a couple of frames for paintings I recently purchased.  I just need to stain the frames and all done.  Loving the Kreg Jig!

Good evening,

Vincent Cutright from Massachusetts. I got a Kreg Jig R3 for X-mas. Time is precious right now with two little ones but I hope to start some simple projects in the relative near future.

Hi folks! I'm new to the whole wood building craft! Started with Pinterest seeing all the things a person can build with free pallets, then collected free pallets galore! My driveway and parts of the back yard are full of wood and pallets I've acquired over a few months time. Before adding any tools, I had seen the commercial for the Kreg Jig 5 and told my self "I have got to get one of those!". So I found one on Craigslist, brand new, for $100. Talked them down to $80 and was super happy. Then eventually, through yard sales, thrift stores and pawn shops, have acquired most of the power tools I would need to build most anything...even the 4" wide jointer I have only cost me $20! Down from the $100 they wanted at the Estate Sale...lol. Anyway, I am excited to be part of this community and look forward to sharing my projects with everyone!

Free Hand Guard (dust collection)

Hi.  I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing.  How effective is it?  It's adaptable to any router table.  Continue

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
