This tool works great with kreg jig. Two things it does well with kreg jig you can drive screws faster in tight spots much like using the small ratchet which some have suggested. I just started using with my battery drill with clutch set to low setting  when using on 3/4 stock  and final tightening with this driver. This a ball handle screw driver mine was called a screwball driver. Some of you may have had them this was the most powerful hand driver I ever owned.

It is rugged built amazing driver talk about torq this is it. I searched the web and found what looks similar could be even improved. I don't know if it is same quality. I am afraid it was not taken seriously when came out because its name. I believe it was manufactured by Crescent. There is a video in web page.

This is the best hand screwdriver I have owned. I was having trouble removing some old shelf brackets in my shed  my power drivers was mangling the heads. Not this screwdriver they came out with ease .  I had wasted 1/2 hr previously and made no headway in about 5 minutes I had removed all the brackets. This as real high tork no slipping.

I had a ''ball top'' style, (don't recall the brand), many years ago---

the racheting mechanism failed in a short while.

I've invested in several styles of racheting drivers, over the years---

some good---some okay.

Some styles are handy for specifice uses.

Many styles are offered on todays market.

Some styles offer advantages over others.

I like my old Stanley the best.

It's a straight handle, with 3 deep grooved features that provide a firm grip.

Comfortable to hold---min stress on the hand.

The ratchet mechanism is strong.

Additonal info:

When selecting screwdriver bits, the  "bit tip" should fit snug, for max effectiveness.

i read your discription and it discribes one i got from my dad when he passed it`s well used & still works great i don`t use it often because it was dad`s have a great day

I ordered the 3 drivers in the video should be here monday in my mail box. I wanted a spare and my neighbor wanted 1 . Since I came across this driver I have been using it on 3/4 material so I don't over tighten screws.
