Deck Railing Assembly with Kreg Jig Jr - #R3

I'm building a deck and have purchased the Deck Jig to help me with the deck boards, but I was also wondering if the Kreg Jig Jr - #R3 would work for putting together the railings, etc? If so, I'm using a ChoiceDek composite - Which screws would you suggest for use with this material?

l would guess the boards being compose use corse screws but the resen may make them sember to hard wood so get some scrap a experement let us know what figerd out and have fun doing it
