397 Workshop

We just moved into our new house this weekend and i must tell you the story on how we got this house. We had been looking for 2 years ago and my wife feel in love with a split floor plan. all the kids are gone but when guest are in town she likes them to be on the other side of the house. But 2 months ago my wife went to look at a house with the Ranch split floor plan with our agent, who is a woodworker also. and my wife calls me on a Saturday night. Me; so did you like the house, wife; I love it, but you may not like some things, the back yard is very small. Me; well that means no in ground pool, but I guess we can live without one. Wife; the neighbors are really close. Me; well if you like it, I guess I can live with that. Wife; the house is big enough for the kids to move back in. Me: I guess if you like the house. Wife; Randy (the agent) said your workshop will measure 397 square feet. Me; (yelling like a little girl her got her first barbie)- Did you sign the contract. LOL I went and seen the house on Tuesday, and we had an accepted contract on that Friday. Now my past 2 workshops were in an unfinished basement, with only 1 outlet, less that 100 square feet and poor lighting. The  house before that, the workshop was in the non insulated garage. This one now has all the drywall up, 6 outlets (with 2 extra outlets in the ceiling), 8 canned lights, and it's all mine the rest of the house is hers. It was to be the previous owners theater room.
