Thanks a lot Ken!  That makes sense to me...  I recently retired and have a couple of these 'on order'!!!  LOL!!

Hi Tom, I used the existing nut and washer inside the cooler. I took them to hardware store and matched up with pvc pipe fittings. I had to enlarge the hole slightly with forstner bit on the outside wall of cooler and foam. After they were screwed together I hot glued thi fitting to the outside of the cooler for good measures. All other fittings are glued with pvc glue. Much cheaper than going with brass of galvanized fittings.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
