Hello, My name is Edward.

I live in Phalaborwa South Africa, the town borders the Kruger National Park.

I am only a afterhours woodworker. Just bought my Kreg jigs, busy with first project.

Bought the Kreg jig with this project in mind, hiding assemby screws was important as the entertainment center will be visible from three sides. As it has to be assembled at remote location it has to be flat packed.

Enjoy jig.

Hello, I am Dick F and live in Iowa. I am a retired John Deere guy, and have some time on my hands, when I am not golfing, which of course is all winter. I enjoy woodworking, but haven't done much lately.
Hello, my name is Larry and I live near St. Joe,MO. I am a diesel mechanic by trade and it's been almost 15 years since I made something from wood. I am building a toy box for my granddaughter, right now and i'm enjoying it. I miss wood working. This looks like a great web site and I am looking forward to talking to all of you. Thank You Larry
I'm Bob Kahmer, from Severn, MD.  I work too much to spend as much time doing woodworking as I would like.  Right now working on finishing my basement.  After that I plan to build an entertainment center for the basement for the "new tv and home theater".   I initially bought a small Kreg jig and once I started using it, I realized it's value and bought the boxed set system and some of the accessories.  The Kreg booth is one of my first stops every year when the woodworking show stops in town (this coming weekend yeah!)  I just recently used the jig to frame out a heating duct, a door frame and a bulkhead in the basement and as usual all worked well and provided strong joints.
My name is Bob and live in the paradise known as Wisconsin. I have been working with wood for about 36 years. I started building garages with a friends dad, and have been building ever since. Now that my home shop has grown, I spend more time making fun projects. I enjoy building cabinets and fixtures. I recently started a new router table I hope to have it up and running in a few days. I am looking forward to seeing new things here.
hello my name is jon i work full time at a cabnit shop, farm, and i enjoy wood working

Jim checking in from Marshall, Michigan.  I feel like we all did as little kids waiting for some toy we sent for from a Cheerios box!  Fed X should be here today with the my new jig.

I'm presently trying to graciously retire and am really looking forward to finally being able to do some meaningful woodworking.

My wife and I have totally remodeled two homes from top to bottom and are looking forward to a third if all goes well but all the construction work has not allowed time for meaningful personal time in the 'ole workshop.  I'm really looking forward to the jointing, routering, planing and most of all, putting it all together with pocket screws.  Dowels and biscuits have their place but pocket screws offer so much more.

So far I'm extremely impressed with this site.  I look forward to the conversations.

My name is Richard Emmert and I live in Southern Illinois.  I retired a while back and want to do more woodworking than I was able when I worked.  I guess I am in the category of moderately talented amateur.  I just received a Kreg pocket hole system as a Christmas present and now am learning to use it.  I have a long list of projects and I'm sure there will  be a lot of pocket holes.

Hello.  My name is Phil and I live in the Black Hills of western South Dakota.  I am a consulting electrical and mechanical engineer and I work with architects in the design of buildings.  In my spare time I am remodeling and/or adding on to some residential buildings that we own.

Currently I am completing a two-story garage that my wife calls the "Garage-Mhal".  I purchased the Kreg jig to use for the cabinets in a bathroom and kitchen area of the second level.  This level will be a workout area as well as a craft room.  I am looking forward to learning more about cabinet making from the Kreg community.

Hello, my name is Scott and I am just starting to experiment with some beginner woodworking projects.  I've always been a DIY'er and looking forward to collecting more tools and getting started on some beginner projects.  So far a Kobalt sliding miter and Kreg jr.  Next is a table saw so i can build a miter saw stand and some shop cabinets.  Thanks to all for the wealth of info on this site and several others.

My name is Brent and I'm a thumbless shop teacher in Oregon.

Just Joking.

Woodwork hobbyist, do my own cabinets, furniture and trimwork.  I've got an old house I'm restoring.  I'll use pocket hole joinery for quick jobs.  Keep my jigs bolted to ply so quick setup for cabinet or picture frames.  Used my Kreg for a large set of garage cabinets complete with drawers the first weekend I bought it.  Great tool, makes for quick assemblies. Don't think I could have completed it so quickly with out my Kreg jig.

Hello, my name is gerardo, and I live in north Mexico (Coahuila State).
