Hi, My name is Hanny

I live in Israel.

I have started to do wood recently, and I bough the Kreg jig K5. I'm willing to go so someone to teach me some basic info and give me a good start to build my project.

Now i'm working in a very small place (my balcony) and hope someday I will own a workshop :)

Hi.  My name is Frank and I live in north central Iowa.  I have been doing woodworking off and on since graduating from high school.  Mostly to produce things we needed for furniture but some home remodeling too.  Pocket hole joinery is something I had not tried before and I decided to give it a try.  Sure works wonders with mitered frames.

by the name can i assume you drink a lot of tea. by the way i'm jock from brisbane. if you get stuck on anything just ask on the open forum and you'll get help from some of the best wood workers around.

regards  jock

Hi all! My name is Joe, from a suburb right outside of Chicago. Woodworking has been in my blood since I was a baby. My grandfather was a master cabinet maker for 60 years. With his recent passing I was given all of his hand tools and with the help of the kreg system I want to take my wood working to the next level. Hope to learn a lot from all of you!

Hi, My name is Fred and I live in West Chester, Pa. I have done woodworking on and off for the past 7 or 8 years and recently purchased a Kreg pocket hole joiner. I have made projects such as oak iceboxes, an armoire, a coffee table, along with about a dozen library chairs, and realize now they all would have been easier to make, had I the Kreg pocket hole joinery before.

Hello to all.  My name is Vince - I was born in New Jersey, retired to Colorado and now live in Kerrville, Texas.  The weather in southern Texas is more amenable to my 83 year old frame, but I'm still healthy and active.  Have built many boxes and shelves over the years, and 4 pieces of furniture including 2 bed tables and 1 end table.  I consider myself an intermediate woodworker, but I suck at finishing.  I have tried stain, oil and dye all with only moderate success.  Horray for water based poly, which is what I end up with on practically all my ruined pieces.  Recently I discoverd pocket-hole joinery and that's what I'm concentrating on at the moment.  It's an amazing method for constructing carcases and frames.  Still have a lot to learn.  Joy to all...

Hello everyone.  My name is Pat and I live near Flint, MI.  I have been working with on and off for the last 40 years from rough carpentry to finish work.  I have been interested in pocket hole joinery for a long time but never had the time to work with it.  I am disabled (back issues) so I am looking for some smaller projects, particularly a nightstand, to work on.  I have plenty of time just need some ideas/plans.  Thanks.

Hi, my name is Jim and I live just north of Dallas, TX.  I have been doing woodworking very causally for many years and now that I am nearing retirement and have grandchildren I hope to get into it a bit more.  I had been using dowels for many years but recently lost my doweling jig which I had for many years.  I purchased a new one but was very disappointed with the quality of the jig so I returned it.  While looking for another one I noticed the Kreg Pocket hole jig and decided to order one.  I just arrived but I have not used it yet, I hope to in the week or so.

Hello,

My name is Larry and I live seven miles south of Boston. At an early age, my father would take me to his part time job as a finish carpenter. Along the way I must have picked up some skills. For the past two years i have started making furniture for friends and our house in NH. This has been the hobby I have been looking for as I begin to look at retirement in a few years.
