Hi my name is Josh and living in Maryland. I am looking forward to learn a lot from you guys

Thanks to everyone in advance

Hi there, I am Bob from Redmond Oregon. Looking forward to lots of great new ideas.

Hello, my name is Lasie, I live in São Simão Beach, Mostardas, RS - Brasil. I am a begginner in woodwork and carpentry. I am building  my beach's house. I did like to learn.  I have 46 years.  I did like building a Catamaran Boat, in future. Sorry, because my English is very litle. I am retired. Godbless.

Hello my name is Tim and I live in the UK. At school I was voted 'boy most likely to nail his hand to the woodwork bench' so it is surprising that my passion is restoring my classic 1960 wooden Norfolk Broads Cruiser Royal Tudor. With the help of some very good friends I have been learning some very basic woodworking skills and putting them (with supervision) to use. Its finally time I had a crack at a project on my own. Purchased the Kreg mini jig as a starting point and for getting into some of those awkward corners around a boat. Please be aware I do ask some 'stupid' questions that may seem a bit obvious...I have a mind like a computer, you have to punch information into me occasionally.

Some very basic projects to start with such as step stools & bar type stools (for steering positions etc) but I've just replaced a bulkhead and deck section and need to start work on rebuilding a wardrobe and some seating or a dinette that converts to a double berth.

Regular updates available on Royal Tudor's  website as I go messing about in boats...and nailing my hand to the deck!

Hello!  My name is Mike, and I live in Avon, IN (a suburb of Indianapolis).  I design and build websites by day, and am an avid DIYer who tackles all sorts of projects around the house whenever I have the time.  I love my Kreg jig and Rip-Cut, and have built projects such as cedar planters, bathroom shelves, a console table, and a coffee table amongst many others.  I've been around this community for a while, and am looking forward to being a part of it!

One of these days I hope to get around to putting my "day job" skills to work and start a blog covering my adventures in home improvement.  For now, I've built a handy online tool that I'd like to share - a Kreg Jig settings and screw length guide, based on the super helpful information  provided by KenKortge in this thread.  You can save the website to your smartphone home screen, and it will even work without an internet connection once you've loaded it up the first time.  I hope this is helpful to anyone who has a use for it!

Hello my name is Tom, I'm new to woodworking. I recently had to retire on a medical issue and I'm looking for something to keep busy. Although I do use a wheelchair, i think I'll be able to do a couple of small projects as long as I lay them out properly. I'm looking forward to TRYING to build something.

Several months ago I saw a kreg video, then quickly said "where have I been"? Been doing wood projects for years but never heard of pocket holes. I am from Keller tx, and most call me Ron. I will post my first pocket hole projects next week, one I named a "crumb crack tray" Can't wait to do more. Traveled to California for my grandsons graduation from high school. Sold on pocket hole joinery forever!

Hello, I'm Harvey live in Magnolia, Texas enjoy wood working, just purchased Kreg DIY project kit waiting to start using it.

Hi! We are Patrick and Jessaca Chelette. We live in Southeast Louisiana, and our business is Chelette's Decor and More. We have always enjoying building and decorating, but did not have a chance to do so as much as we liked, until we took a leap of faith 2 years ago by deciding to run our home based business full time. We build custom furniture and home decor, as well as repair and refinish furniture. We started building basic pieces with our Kreg Jig R3, and have slowly added more Kreg Kig tools to our collection over the years. We love Kreg Jig tools because they are very user friendly and are easy to use for beginners and seasoned pros alike.

I love Jesus.

Hi Rick Williams  I'm from Billings Mt I was a steel fabricator then a truck driver. I am trying to learn to use wood in some projects. Just picked up a kreg dyi  and saw jig & vice grip to fit the hole pocket & for hole jig. Like the tools still learning but it is fun not messing to much wood.

Hi, my name is Patrick and I am absolutely new at this and looking forward to learning from (and contributing to) this community. My garage/shop is relatively empty, so I am interested in what tools will get me the most bang for the buck. I am also interested in projects using reclaimed materials. I was recently given a heap of nice 2x4 scraps, each from about 1' to 6' long, and think I will start their. I'll let you know what happens.
