I built one with a draw on the bottom for bags got the idea from the Winfield Collection of projects.
I've made similar cabinets that are used for kitchen trash and recycling soda cans etc.
The box itself is same size as standard lower kitchen cabs. A 21" deep shelf pulls out a box that holds the
2 trash bins. The cabinet is screwed to the wall studs. The front (not shown), is covered with a standard painted raised panel door with pull.
