Kreg Owners' Community

Hi,

I'm Chris from Ontario.

I love DIY and carpentry, the projects I work on tend to be millwork, flooring & built ins.

We recently bought a new build house and I am improving it one room at a time pretty much solo, unless I can't lift something on my own then my husband will help hold or carry things other than that its just me.

I started building and doing DIY about 8-9 years ago.

My biggest project was recently coffered ceiling.http://chriskauffman.blogspot.ca this is my blog where I share all my DIY work. On the left hand side are links to my biggest carpentry projects.

Currently I am working on my dining room, I added pine flooring in a chevron pattern, I am building a full wall built in which will include a large buffet/bar space and will have book cases to the ceiling, I will also be adding two box beams and v-groove to the ceiling.

Picking chin up off the floor.  Your chevron pattern on the floor is stunning and that ceiling is to-die-for.  Just checked out your blog and it is awe inspiring.  Great job and welcome.

oh thank you...

Welcome to the Kreg Community,  In joining the group you have shown us some very nice work.  Although it is all very eye appealing I particularly like the coffered ceiling.  You have presented an attractive and flawless example of what can be done to a ceiling and perhaps will become something of which others will attempt.

I like the cabinet work of which you have displayed and amazed that you have about 10 years experience and yet are turning out some very amazing and complicated work.

I hope you enjoy you ventures with the Kreg Community .  I am looking forward to seeing more of your beautiful work.  Thank you for joining and for posting your work.

Thank you for the nice welcome and compliments I am glad you like my projects I have shared...I look forward to finding lots of good information and new projects to try here.
