Thanks Jim, for the welcome...much appreciated.

I hope to contribute where I can, but am still browsing some of the threads to see what kind of community we've got going on here.

Hello all. I'm Jessy from central MN. Just purchased a k4 master. Mainly for a nightstand bookcase the wife wants. Also for frames for led edge lit signs. I dabbled in woodworking and cnc router and Waterjet. Looking forward to seeing what everyone is making.

Hi, I'm Dale and am from Calgary AB,

New to the forums and would consider myself a intermediate hobbyist  woodworker. I was a carpenter in my former life lol. I specialized in interior door installations and trim work. These days I try to build useful pieces  of furniture for myself or family members. I'm finding Kreg products to be well built and very handy around the shop and home. I can be creative but still  looking for ideas and inspiration for my next build.

My name is Todd I'm from Myrtle Beach SC and I'm a firefighter I've built outdoor chairs a rocking horse for my daughter and TV cabinet my last project was a set of cornhole boards but my next project I want to design and build a really nice firefighter themed work bench unfortunately I can't build anything for about 4- 5 months, I ruptured my bicep tendon on the job so I'm looking for ideas for my bench and other projects when I get healthy again. I'm also a father of two wonderful young children and have a beautiful wife so most everything I build is mostly for them. Thank you for the opportunity for allowing me to join, I don't have any kreg products yet but definitely want to get some I just would like some advice on which ones would be the best for me. Thank you again.

Hello, my name is Henry from Miami, Fl. New to wood working as a hobby and more... last century I did do a HS wood shop class... ;-)  but since then my focus has been in building computer networks and securing them. Purchased my 1st home and to "do" things around and in the back of the house... got back into this and other things... and I like how kreg and other "currently available" tools lets you do more than what I used in HS.

Hi, my partner Jodi and I are both DIYers who are just really getting into woodworking.  We've used saws and tools our entire lives but neither of us have built furniture or closets, etc before.  We've both done small projects and we love doing them.  We just bought our forever home and we want to build custom closets, a farm table, some benchs and custom cabinet inserts.

We just went nuts and bought a ton of Kreg tools, including the router table and we are super excited.  We bought the dvd set to watch.  Can't wait to start building our first project, a rustic barn door for our guest room.

welcome Ty and Jodi to the group , oh cool can't wait to see what you create :-) I love farmhouse style tables :-) regards Dawn

Hello people, my name is Jack and I live in Northern California. I joined this group as a learning tool for my beginning to get back into wood working, it's been yeeeaaarrrs since my high school wood shop. I am eager to get back into the groove and see how far I can go with it. I just picked up the K5 and tomorrow I pick up my Kreg router table, not sure what router I'm getting but I can't wait to pick up the table.

Thanks, Jack
