Building a loft bed over a dresser for my daughter
Comment
Really busy with work most of the summer, left very little time to work on projects. Rushing to get the stain and poly done before its to cold in the garage. Dresser is done, finish up poly on bed parts, should be done and assembled in next 2 weeks. Cant wait to be able to park in the garage again!
Great design.Loft bed is a great space saver. One of the great things about loft beds is that they are versatile, you can change what you have under them without having to get a new bed every time. This will save the parents a lot of money in the long run, as a bed is usually one of the most expensive items in a room.
5/9 front safety rail built and installed. Wall side safety rail under construction.
5/5: Still left to build: Ladder, safety rails, 2 drawers, 2 cabinet doors.
