Hi everyone : Has anyone purchased or tried the Incra I-box finger joint jig , looks pretty simple and accurate compared to my home made one that takes forever to get right.

I have the Rockler sliding table jig about $60. It works well if your router table has a miter slot. Was able to make box joints on first try. Follow the directions and works great.

That's the one only box jig I have tried I was successful first try. Add a nice high fence and klamp the stock with kreg klamp good to go.

I will take a picture of my setup. It comes with 3 sizes of box joints. I used the plastic trim white facia outside wood nice square and straight .
I promised to take a picture of my rockler box joint jig with my fence .

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters. What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much. Thanks.Continue
