Crown Jig

Has anyone used the Kreg Crown Jig? And if so, how did it work?

It worked well as long as I was using it on a new(er) Makita sliding-compound miter saw.

When I tried it on an old Makita miter saw (chop-saw) then it would not function at all.  It's height was too great to allow the wood to fit under the blade, so it could not be cut.  Admittedly I was using 4 1/2" molding, which is pretty wide, so I think that it would do okay on the old saw as long as it was a smaller molding, like a bed molding or such.

Over all I'd give it a 8 out of 10 score.
