I still have to finish it off with 2 coats of poly but i got the cushions today and couldn't resist putting them on to see what it looks like :).Note the little pieces of paper inserted under the legs by my girlfriend!!

Great job! I would be interested in plans/sketchup if you could send them! It looks pretty simple to build, the only part plans would be helpful is the back.

Thanks AV. I don't have plans for this- never did. Just in my head. I'm making an improved version of a morris chair and I have a drawing of it in sketchup. If you use sketchup, let me know and I can send you the drawing.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
