I'm building a child's desk out of 3/4 plywood. It's now dry assembled using about half the holes, should I plug the existing holes before adding the glue and final assembly? I can only clamp about 2/3'rds of the joints to insure a flush fit. Thanks, Dave

Dave,
Could you post a few pictures of this project so we have a better idea of which areas you can't clamp in? Before you give up on clamping a few of those, I wanted to make sure you knew about all of our clamps, each of which is useful in it's own unique way. Maybe one of these is just what you need to get the difficult joints.

Face Clamps are great for a wide variety of joints. As the name suggests you use these clamps to secure the face of each joint.

Right Angle Clamps are great for joining panels at a 90 degree angle. One arm fits down into the Pocket-Hole, and the other arm has a swiveling head which adjusts depending on the thickness of stock you're working with.

90 Degree Corner Clamps are great for many of the same instances as the Right Angle Clamp. They self-square your work while you're clamping. They're especially useful for drawers and small boxes.

Bench Klamps are my personal favorite. Thanks to the Inter-Lok Bolt on the bottom of the clamp, it can be attached to Klamp Plates, Klamp Trak, for incredible clamping strength in the middle of your workbench or anywhere else, and just as easily removed so you can return to using your perfectly flat work surface. See some assembly stations and workbenches Kreg Jig owners are building with their Bench Klamps, here.

Also, as a general rule of thumb, I would do any plugging necessary after the project is assembled. Just in case you need to unscrew anything and start over again.

I hope this was somewhat helpful... like I said, if you can post a few pictures we may be able to offer even a bit more advice! Good luck, and good woodworking!
Thanks Dave , that was my inclination, but I just wasn't sure how well the screws tightened up a second time. TY Dave G.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
