Kreg Owners' Community

Hello,
First time writer.
I have to make panel doors for some cabinetry. How does the Kreg system hold up for panel doors? Any input would be helpful. I am using maple or cherry and will be using1/4" panels with 3/4 x2" rails and stiles.

Hi, Mike, Using expensive hardwood like you've choosen, you may choose another joinery method, other than pocket holes. Phillip's suggestion, using "cope and stick" ,is well worth some consideration, before you start. Using c&s,nothing shows on the interior side of the door, making the door beautiful, inside and out. Just a thought, tho. Dave
