What's it "not" doing in order to not drill a hole?
The obvious question first. Make sure you're not trying to drill in reverse
when drilling always have clutch setting to high, drill, 20 whatever yours has. Only set the clutch for screws to help avoid stripping. Hope this helps.
If that's the same drill I have (Wally World/China town special) it's a two speed deal. Make sure the speed range and is set to 2, the clutch is set to drill and the battery is full/good. Change clutch and speed for driving screws
Corded is better for drilling the holes and is even better with vac attached.
Ok finally i got it to work . Battery fullycharged, set the setting to 22 and backing up a few times it made a good hole. Thanks for all your input. I will start on my first project this week end...
I set the drill at max setting to make the hole. But I back off my drill toque to about 4 on a black and decker 18v.
