I bought a Kreg ProPack quite some time ago (years) and opened it up last night to use it. I want to join 1" stock. The jig I have is set up to join 1/2, 3/4 and 1 1/2 in stock but not 1" stock. How do I use this jig to join 1" stock.

Though I seldom use 1" stock, when I do I just use the settings for 3/4 and use glue. Or you can shim the stock until you find a setting that will cause the screw to exit in the middle of the stock, then choose a screw that will give you the amount of penetration you feel is necessary. It's easy if you have a bit of scrap to play around with. I have been using the K2000 for years and have never felt a need to "upgrade". The only moving part on the K2000 is the clamp, sometimes simple is better.
Thanks for the advice, I was just getting ready to play with some different thicknesses to see what would happen. The only other thing I will need to play with is drilling depth, that won't be too hard. I used 1" lumber because it was for a window frame and that was the demension of the old one.
