My B-Day is on the 9th of this month.

I am thinking of gifting myself with the $99.00 K-4.

I went to Lowes today and held it in my hands and placed it in myy cart.

I ran into a new friend at lowes today who was buying pre cut shelving to make a bookcase.
He was almost at the regrister when I showed him the K-JR and told him where to find it.

Should I order my K-Jig for $99.00 online and pay shipping or buy at lowes?

Buy it at Home Depot, that is where my wife got it for me & said they were very helpful.
Just bought my K4 yesterday at Menards because it fit in "the bag", so I got 15% off. Will be using it this afternoon on a small project. I've used a friends before and it worked great. About time I got my own.

I think the online kit gives you a few more printed project plans than the ones in the store.
You have to decide if you're willing to wait for it, or if you want to start using it now. I'm that way with my paintball gear. So many of my teammates are willing to go online for a deal, but they have to wait for it to arrive. I go into our local paintball store and get to touch it, examine it, and buy it now. There is no wait.
Just buy it and do not loose any sleep over it.
get the k3 master. amazon might have free shipping.
Why not get it where you could easily return it if you're not happy! You will be though!!!!!
Buy on line from Coastaltool.com. K3 cost 139.00 and they throw in a 675 assorted screw kit free. Shipping is 8.00 and individual screw in various quantities are much cheaper than buying from Lowes or Home Depot. I am quite happy with it. While you are at it don't forget to add a right angle clamp you will be needing it.

If you're a card carrying active or retired military member, buy it at Lowe's. 10% discount!
I bought mine at Lowe's because I wanted to use it right away, but if you have the patience and want to use the plans they provide, buy it through the infomercial. You get no plans if you buy it at a store, although you can download about a half dozen of the plans from the website. But if you wanted to buy ALL of the plans they give you when you buy using the toll-free, it would cost significantly more than paying the shipping charges.
I bought mine at the nearest Woodcraft store (no I have no affiliation). I like to support them whenever possible because they are a good resource and carry things the big box stores don't. Support the local economy when possible.
We also have an area Woodcraft store, and I just recently found out that they have a reasonably impressive inventory of Kreg items. I had been thinking about buying a face clamp and a 90 degree clamp for a while, so the last time I had to visit to get something we needed for a project at work, I also whipped out my own VISA and treated myself! I used them both within days for a home cabinet project.
