Hello everyone, I'm Eric and have been eyeballing the Kregg for quite some time. Finally purchased one, so let the projects begin... First to be tackled is some organization items in our kids rooms. Though it probably won't stop the everything on the floor thing. It is a wishful thought...
Hi All,My name is Jerry. I've built my own home and consider myself a ruff carpenter.Bought the Kreg jig to repair some cabinets at work..I work for a school system in Michigan.. I also collect old fish lures and build display cabinets for them.I look forward  to try the Kreg jig on these and some other projects.I see from your projects there are  more uses then I can possibly think of.They all look great! Well here go's a big step in finish carpentry.Never to late to learn.   Jerry

Hello JW

Robert here,

I think your door work looks great
.

A question Is the lockset and handle down at that level for any reason?

My name is JW live in KY and have been working with wood and home improvements for as long as i can remember. I have been doing changes and upgrades to my current house since the first day i unlocked the door. Was built in 1908 and has more wood related projects than i can count on all my fingers and toes.

Am a single dad with 2 great kids that make me smile every day. One boy one girl and both are always excited to help with the next project.

Currently in the process of a full kitchen remodel that include opening a wall, adding new countertop space, cabinets, 2 tier peninsula, cooktop and double ovens. Oh yeah also removed a chimney from the kitchen and room above.

Refinished the front door about a year ago and was very pleased with the results. What do you think?

Hi my name is Pat, I live in Rocky mountain house, Alberta.  I have the pleasure of walking out my door every morning seeing the mountains, it's a great scenic view.  I love woodworking, especially since I just recently purchased my Kreg K4 master jig, it's a great asset to have in the shop.  The first weekend I built a cabinet and a wookbench for my shop.  I was really impressed with the speed and the strength of the pocket screw's.  Well it's my weekend off my normal job, but I actually work harder in my woodshop than I do at my real job, shhh dont tell, lol.   Have a great weekend everyone!
Nice looking door, great job!

Hello all.  My name is Steve and I live in northeast Louisiana.  I do a little woodworking from time to time.  I picked up a Kreg tool at Lowes and now need to learn how to best use it.  I have no experience with pocket hole joinery, and when I received an invitation to this forum I figured it would be a great place to get info on the use of the tool.

Howdy Robert

the pic is abit distorted. However there is more area above the lockset than most doors used today. The door is 3' x 7' as are the rest of the doors in the house execpt closets.

thanks

Hello all, I am a retired police officer now living in McCreary Manitoba Canada.  I have taken up hobby woodworking since my retirement, eleven years ago.  I like woodworking and build oak furniture mainly for my children.  Love the quality of Kreg products.

Ok KregRep,

TO some degree I feel like I am responding to a Computer generated "Hello how ya do".  I hope that is not true.

My name is Ron.  I am from Wisconsin the great state of SuperBowl Champions, Green Bay Packers.   Close game good game but just a game. I have linked up with Kreg tools forum to learn as many ways to join wood together for my projects I dream up.

Whose the source person out there?

r

Welcome Ron.  The "source person" would likely be KREG REP.  You can find links to him everywhere throughout the forum.

And congrats to the Packers for one heck of a Super Bowl game.  :-)

Free Hand Guard (dust collection)

Hi.  I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing.  How effective is it?  It's adaptable to any router table.  Continue

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
