Hmm I have never had a problem with the guide.  I have had a problem using the wrong type of screws and thinking the guide was wrong.  I bought panhead screws not realizing they where the wrong ones.  Love those oops, won't do that again moments.   I will have to go check out the photo.  I hope you had fun making it.

Building a toy box. The jig was a bit of a fail for my first time. I figured out after it screwed it all together that the depths were all wrong. I went off what the guide told me but i wont be making that mistake again. But all good making progress iv put up a new photo

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
