With the impact driver I have noticed that I over drive the screws. 

It is best to use a drill with a torque setting and then hand tighten the last few turns.

builtinsbykreg      and they will come up.  the first video shows how I knocked down the sheet goods to the exact size.  this should help !

I agree but just seeing this video leaves me with the wonder how the project got started. Are there prior videos showing the start to finish of the project?

K5 Repair

I have a k5 jig.  Had an issue and took it apart. Now the small ball that is inside the ratchet compartment is gone.Anyone know the size needed to replace it?Continue
