With the impact driver I have noticed that I over drive the screws. 

It is best to use a drill with a torque setting and then hand tighten the last few turns.

builtinsbykreg      and they will come up.  the first video shows how I knocked down the sheet goods to the exact size.  this should help !

I agree but just seeing this video leaves me with the wonder how the project got started. Are there prior videos showing the start to finish of the project?
