"Thomas,  The issue you are referring to is due to the thickness of the material you are using.  With 1/2" plywood you will find it is actually undersized and will be less than 1/2" thick.  This greatly changes the screw…"

Hey Thomas--

It was a while ago that I made this.  I drew up the plans myself (customized height and depth).  I used an online software for figuring out the cut list.  I can't remember the name of it, but there are a lot of them out there that will allow you to do a "free trial"...long enough to get you through a single project.  Good luck!
