When I turned 65 my wife and I moved to Corpus Christi and downsized from a large (4,000 sq. ft.) home to a smaller home. The home has a very small kitchen. There are about four appliances (air fryer, waffle maker, crock pot, Kitchen Aid mixer) which we do not have room for in the kitchen and we have to store them in a guest bedroom closet.
