BTW, I doubled up on the four corners. I ripped two 1-1/2" pieces of poplar and glued them together. That would have made them 1-1/2" square corners. Here is a Front Side Piece Glue-Uppic of the glue-up of the corners.

Hi Chris,

So sorry that I haven't been able to get back to you and answer your question. I was too busy painting the exterior of my home. It took me two months! I'm now working on one of my bathrooms.

At any rate, I used 3/4" poplar for everything except for the three walls of the drawers. I used 3/4" pine for that. For the drawer bottoms, I used some kind of smooth plywood, but it wasn't plywood. It sold in 4x8 sheets, and it was 1/8" to 3/16s" thick. I would never use 1/4" regular plywood for the drawer bottoms. Too thick for me. I also used wooden drawer slides from Lee Valley Tools at $5.80 per.

I hope that helps! If you have any more questions, just contact me.

Zac
