I purchased a Square Cut to use with my DeWalt battery circular saw. When I attempted to make the initial adjustment, I found that I could not slide the guide arm far enough into the guide to let me make a cut. I removed the sliding arm, and using my scroll saw, I elongated the smaller slot by about 1/4". I then used a small saw to also remove part of the sliding arm stop. The Square Cut works perfectly now and it only took about 10 minutes to fix. Hope this gives you ideas to try on yours....
Hi Rob think you may have to ask Kreg about that , I tend to use a straight edge clamped down and run the saw along that go steady Mick.
