Infinity HSS knives for DW735 13 inch Dewalt Planer
Ok, like many DW735 owners have already noticed, this planer eats knives like a fat kid on cake. Are infinity knives the solution like many have said in their reviews? In my opinion, yes and no. The pros are that the knife life is much longer than the standard Dewalts, but the cut quality is not there. You will see a picture enclosed of a piece of Maple that I sent through the planer on it's second pass and how the blades pulled the grain and left small grooves. These knives are 2 sided…
