I've been using my Adaptive Cutting System table for a few years now, and it's been really solid. This past week was the first time I ever needed to use the miter guide though.I was rebuilding some shelving in a tiny closet and I discovered the…Continue

I am building a small trunk for a military friend to put some belongings in. I have made legs out of ash hardwood and will make the sides out of 1/2” or 3/4” Baltic birch plywood. The legs are 1.5” thick by 2” wide. So since I’m drilling pockets in…Continue

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

TomBoy, I'm very sorry to hear that your Dad is in ill health. Just know that I will al keep him and your family in my prayers and thoughts. I certainly hope he improves rapidly. I know very well how health issues can become a hardship on each member of a family. The last I knew about your health was that you were going into surgery for back problems and that it was serious. When you never returned to post on the Kreg Community I feared that something in the surgery didn't go well. It is just great to see your smiling face and the hear of your determined desire to again start your woodworking.
On my side of life it has been very busy and exciting as there are countless new members now and new projects and questions about the kreg jig and projects.
I have build several projects and have posted some with one being the custom kitchen cabinet that I have almost finished. Did a 12 drawer beaded face frame chest and currently doing another one that is a 8 drawer beaded face frame. I added the drawer fronts today and will install the top tomorrow. I have a large list of new project on the waiting list. Too much work and too little time.
Wishing you the best with the family health issues and trusting that I hear good news. Looking forward to seeing some projects again along with your most welcomed comments. You know Us older members need all the help we can get and your help and talents have been missed. It is good hearing from you.
