I bought a mylar stencil that would fit the size of my box side.  I took Titebond glue and mixed it with water in a throw away cup to the consistency it would drip if i took a shim and put some of the mix on it.  I then taped the stencil on the piece of wood with blue tape prior to assembling and put the glue on the stencil very lightly but covering the whole stencil.  It dried within and hour so I pulled off the stencil and sanded with a fine sanding block to get the high points of the glue off.  Once that was done I stained over the glue area and other pieces and assembled the box.  I am sure you can do the same with paint.  Thanks

Not to mean to be asking a not well thought out question here - but I am really impressed of what you did.    Then once the pallets are disassembled are you then running the boards through a planner?   Just wondering if I now need to go out a purchase a planner before I can do what you are doing.

Thanks again.

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
