How would you describe yourself?: Beginning DIY'er

What's one interesting fact about you, your life, your garage, shop, or home?: I am married to my best friend I love fishing, and spending time with my family. I have just started wood working this past year in my small garage. I wanted to build a simple shelf for my wife's new office. That's when this new fascination started. i took wood shop back in high school but had forgotten how much I enjoyed doing it. Now everyone knows me on a first name basis at Lowes. My wife takes it all with a grain of salt and only sighs when I come home with a new tool, or saw, or another stack of lumber. I have made a few small projects but I am my own biggest critic but everyone else seems to love what I make for them. My next project is a we bit bigger I will be making a cherry and maple table for my wife. Wish me luck. :)
