Anyone have a source for HDPE or plastic lumber in New England or the north east? My wife wants some adirondack chairs that to buy are 300 each. Hoping to be able to make alot cheaper.

I am a long time kreg user and own many products, just purchased the kreg HD for use with some framing. I received it this weekend and was very disappointed once I opened the package to see the jig was only packaged in cardboard and no case to keep everything together. What do others use for a case for the HD? Also, was disappointed the area set for clamps was not the correct size to receive either side of the face clamps that I own.
