Thanks it looks like you used 2X4 did you use any glue and how are the joints pretty strong? I going to be making some lawn furniture Just trying to not make any mistakes, the same thing happened to me one of my local wood working stores had the HD screws in months before the HD jig I now own it but Kreg does not make plugs for HD. 'm developing jigs to make them one member on the site has made a good one for a bandsaw I don't own a band saw. My first jigs worked great just trying to improve the system before I share with the community.
