"Laura-- Here is a video showing how I would put the drawer in something like this. About the 3:00 mark it shows everything. This is a library table but in woodworking everything is adaptive. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bd3fGAHEWPw"

Glen S replied to Andy Harris's discussion 'Kreg K5. Clamp broke after two weeks'
"I think it may have been set too tight. But not being there I won't say for sure that's it. However when you set the clamp to the woods thickness they recommend 2 clicks. That clamp is plenty tight enough set at 2 clicks."

"I have the Wixey & use it to set any angle except 45 & 90. I have trusted squares for that. I played around with 22 1/2 angles on 2" wide by 12"L & made a very nice glueable cylinder."

"I have an old hose from an original ShopVac. That ends fits inside perfect. There are step reducers on Amazon I believe. I got one from my local Lowes store. Maybe your local lowes/Home Depot type store has them in their shop vac aisle."

Glen S replied to Todd Caldwell's discussion 'Having issues with K5'
"Yes the teeth should be towards the clamp. One may have slipped thru the cracks at Kreg. Not an unheard of ordeal with a company that produces so much product. I'm certain they will remedy your situation post haste."
