Sorry for getting back to you for so long. I hurt my back and was laid up for quite awhile. Then I got back to my lumber milling. I just finished milling some Ponderosa Pine trees, no knots. The wood will have to set for about a year before I build something from it. I just finished making seven jewelery boxes for the women in our family for Christmas gifts. Just have to apply the finish and line them with self-adhesive felt.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
