Sorry we did not respond to your instant message as we had just left the computer.  However, we did want to respond to you about your inquiry.  With a small shop like you have space is a very big commodity and you have to be very picky about the things that you add.  A miter saw would be a good addition but they do take up quite a large amount of space.  You will probably want to get a router shortly since this will greatly increase the amount of projects you can finish and put that decorative touch on.

One thing that a lot of our customers use in a smaller shop is our Klamp Table top to allow you to ensure your pieces are getting joined completely square.  What they do is only purchase the top and then they hinge it to the wall allowing you to have it swing down out of the way when not being used.  Some of our customers have taken it step further as well and use this surface as a router table as well.

I think these items should allow you to have most of the tools you will need to get the majority of projects completed including building a larger shop :).

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…

Not Pleased With Pocket Hole Construction

Several months ago, I purchased the Kreg K4MS so that I could build the Lego Table as outlined on the companion "buildsomething" web site which exclusively uses pocket hole construction.  I have considerable experience with conventional…
