Thanks joe, one of the photos had a description of the project but I didn't work from any plans. This is essentially a repurposed and reinforced dresser. The top was made out of various hardwoods and lumber.

I bought Woodtek...I believe the are each rated to 100lbs. I haven't had any issues to speak of. I don't move it that much. I do know it's slightly difficult to reach the rear levers when it's up against a wall. The bench weighs in the neighborhood of 350 lbs when full. That my guess anyway

1st impression when you hold this attachment in your hand:  "not much to it", Kreg sure is makin' $$ here.
