Thanks all and as far as distressing I usually just scar up the corners and sharp edges to make it look beat up but the owner asked for two colors and the top one to let the 1 st one show throgh,so it was my first attempt and I might be doing one more to a local artist who saw the wine rack.
Jens, you tried to slip this nice piece of work past me. This is a fine example of craftsmanship and talent that I was talking about. It takes craftsmanship but then being able to do a finish such as you have takes some knowledge and skill. You have mastered this distressed look on a nice example of cabinet building. Nice work Jens. Thanks for sharing.
