I know you will survive in good order. Cherry is a great wood to build cabinets out of. My wife likes oak since it is the wood of popular demand out here. I would rather have hickory or cherry but I got over ruled. Enjoy the shop and have a great week.
Thanks again Jay! She and her husband stayed in a home in Vermont on vacation and this style was in that kitchen so she wanted me to recreate that. I really like the tall doors too and wish I could have one of every style in my kitchen, but I have to choose one. Rather, my wife has chosen Cherry so after I finish this next kitchen it's on to my most demanding client!
Justin, You slipped this cabinet set by me. I guess there is just not enough hours in a day to see everything that is posted. These cabinets look great with the color and the floor. Nice looking inset doors and drawers with a nice layout. Like the tall door without a drawer above which gives full view of the cabinet interior and its contents. Another nice piece of craftsmanship.
Thanks David!

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
