Detail of the bird's eye maple back. The sides are walnut, neck is hard maple, and the front is spruce. I bought all this wood back in the 70's, and it has been sitting at my brother's shop for over 30 years. I guess its about time I did something with it.

That did turn out nice!! I had never worked with Walnut until these chests that I did and I have to say it's a pain with glue in getting it cleaned up. Nice work William.
