I have had no problems in past But I do use Gorilla glue and of course once the end panels and top go on there really is no place for it to go.It is all downward pressure on it,Thanks for sharing

Kim- If you are covering it with a continuous piece of stock it shpuldn't be a problem. I am thinking of routing half-laps in my next piece to try to eliminate twisting. That or just build thicker chunky furniture!

I had wondered about using just one pocket hole on narrow stock. I wasn't too successful with it. It wanted to rotate. Does the glue keep it from doing that? I tried and tried (being skimpy I have to confess) but gave up and tried something different.
