Not that I'm aware of Brad. I bought the can and just made the inside of my holder about an inch or two larger than the top of the can, front to back and side to side. My legs are 25" I believe, which is one thing I would change: I'd have made them 26, still allow for a 1" spacing from floor to bottom of panels, that way i'd have a little more clearence from can to top of holder. it has worked great though!

Are there any plans on the Kreg site  for this project?

Mike,

I saw that newsletter. To be honest, I haven't had a hand in panels yet either. My door and side panels are actually just birch ply with poplar 1/4" x 3" strips around the edges. Legs are poplar glued together. Top 3 pieces of poplar glued and kreged together. Good luck man, I'm sure it'll be beautiful!

This design was listed in the last "Kreg Newsletter" that I got.... http://ana-white.com/2011/04/wood-tilt-out-trash-or-recycling-cabinet?source=249

I like your panel design, but I havent gotten into panels yet. I bought the supplies to make the one featured in the link above. Will use white pine for the box and inside door/can supports, and Aspen for the door. Hope mine turns out half as nice as yours.

hmmmm Good question.  I wonder if they would stay partially open with the weight of trash in the can?  Thanks for that!

I love this.  I think I like this concept better than the cabinet roll outs that are so popular today.  I may have to build one for myself!  Did you use a piano hinge at the bottom?

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
