I sized everything to optimize with low waste from 4 x 8 sheet and used 1 x 3 trim

just getting started with my Kreg and wanting to do something for my daugter's playroom and this would be great. any general idea on the dimensions of each box? I gathered from the comments, etc.. on the other photos that you just free-lanced without any real plans. got a general guess at a cut and supplies list to get a newbie down the right track? 4x8 plywood sheet for most of it and maybe some 1x2 or 1x3 for the trim on each side?

Mike- you can get some 4.5" wood letters from places like Hobby Lobby if you have one in your area for like $1.50/letter if you didn't want to mess with cutting them out yourself..

I blew up the letters on an overhead projector and traced them onto plywood. Cut withjigsaw from there. The hinges were wood crafts stay open safety version.
