Some questions for you, if you don't mind.  :)

1. Is the 1x4 stock actual 1"x4" or is it finished to 3/4x3-1/2"?

2. With the rabbets in the sides, did the legs have to be narrowed to fit within the confines of the box when folded/stored?

Orange Aluminum also has T-track at the best prices I've seen ($8.00 for 48") that will take a standard 1/4x20 bolt head (doesn't do well with T-bolts).

It's just T-Track for making jigs, they don't have to be different, I just happen to have the blue version but ran out of it during the project so I purchased THESE.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
