Perfect proportions & nice lines, i like bead board.  Coat hooks on the outboard sides to keep nice vertical flow of beaded lines.

I plan on installing some coat hooks on the locker wall and also making one more base unit and one more complete locker unit, to make the garage wall more useful for storage. I though the seat would be useful for taking off boots and also for use as a staging area in unloading groceries and such from the car.

Linda, your project looks great.  Nice design complimented by a nice color scheme.  It sure could be used for several different applications from a storage unit complete with a place to add a clothes rod for hanging of coats or jacket,  to a bench to sit on to change out your shoes or putting them on.  For that matter it would be a nice seat in which to sit and relax.  Since this the first posting of a project that I have seen of yours, I am looking forward to seeing more.  Thanks for posting and sharing your work.
