If you have a smaller shop like me you may want to try this scace saving swivel table. It is made from less that one full sheet of 3/4 plywood and it only take about 3 or 4 hours to make.
I happen to have a benchtop router table and surface planer on this one.

I have been wanting to make one of these for a long time. This looks great!  Did you have a pattern or did you wing it?

I could probably figure it out without a plan but it would be much easier with one.

Has anyone ever made a cabinet housing many table top tools that rotate  with a motor? It is hard to explain but it would work kind of like an old watch display cabinet. I am still trying to figure out just how it would work rotating each tool at the right level.

My shop is very tiny and getting smaller each time I get something new.

It does ok but you do get a little bit of snipe on the last inch or two of board. You might want to look at some other brands and maybe spend a little more.

Hi Terry, I see that you a royobi planer mouted to the table, What do think about the royobi planer, I like the price but I'm afraid of some of the reviews I read.

Hi Terry ... I'll echo Terry Jacobs' query; if/when you have a plan that you're willing to share, do drop a line to all of us here. This little baby would work very well in my garage-based shop.

Hey Geoff the table is made from 3/4 plywood for stabilty and the pivot is a 1'' wood dowel. I used Kreg joints to hold the cabinet together.

yes Ray the eye bolt swivel around and lock and unlock the table top. This table works really well.

I agree...i'd like to get an idea of how you made that top and still kept her solid enough to work on.

Great work

There is really no weight to it. It seems to distribute it evenly.

Free Hand Guard (dust collection)

Hi.  I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing.  How effective is it?  It's adaptable to any router table.  Continue

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
