The angle of the shelving was fairly easy. With the help of one shoe from the wife and my angle finder, I found the angle that worked the best. Set the angle finder and just matched all of the other shelves.

Thanks Darren. One other question. How did you lay out the angle for the shelving? I'm mainly interested in you how got the angles the same for each shelf. They all look identical. Nice work.

Thanks, sorry no plans. After some considerable nagging from the mrs. just took some measurements of her closet, and started making sawdust. As far as the lip goes, its just a grid frame attached to the front. Each cross piece keeps the shoe from sliding off.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
