Comment by Darren Cleaveland on November 8, 2010 at 5:19pm: The angle of the shelving was fairly easy. With the help of one shoe from the wife and my angle finder, I found the angle that worked the best. Set the angle finder and just matched all of the other shelves.

After some considerable nagging from the mrs. just took some measurements of her closet, and started making sawdust. As far as the lip goes, its just a grid frame attached to the front. Each cross piece keeps the shoe from sliding off.
